At Lehi, October 22, 1877, of old age, Elizabeth, wife of Samuel Rolfe, aged 76 years.
Deceased joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1832, went through all the persecutions; emigrated to Utah in 1847, and died as she had lived a firm believer in the gospel of Christ.Age: 76 Buried Lehi City Cemetery, Lehi, Utah, Utah, USA [4]

- Elizabeth was initially buried in the Old Pioneer Cemetery in Lehi at State and Center . In 1876 the cemetery was moved enmass to the Lehi City Cemetery due to the Southern Railroad coming thru and the old Pioneer cemetery was on RR right of way. There is no marker for Elizabeth nor her husband Samuel . They were buried in a common grave among many others . The DUP ( Daughters of Utah Pioneers) erected a monument on the old site. Elizabeath was born in Levonia, Oxford CO. ME
