PARK CITY.--William Benjamin Rolfe, 76, for 68 years a resident of Park City and former city employee, died at his home Sunday following a two-month illness.
He was born at Camp Floyd (Cedar Fort) on April 17, 1862, to Gilbert Tathaway and Eliza Jane Bates Rolfe. He married Mary Ann McCarrel in 1882.
Surviving are his widow, two sons and a daughter, Charles A. Rolfe of Oakley, Utah; William B. Rolfe and Mrs. Janie Spears of Park City; ten grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Maria Jane Robey of Provo.
Services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Park City Second Ward by Bishop Lloyd Olson. Burial will be in Park City. |

Surviving are his widow, two sons and a daughter, Charles A. Rolfe of Oakley, Utah; William B. Rolfe and Mrs. Janie Spears of Park City; ten grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Maria Jane Robey of Provo.
