Robey and Nathan Fleming are held and firmly bound unto John Tyler Esquire, Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, for the time being, and his successors, for the use of the Commonwealth, in the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars; to which payment, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our and each of our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, by these presents, sealed with our seals, and dated this 20 day of September 1826.
