Next door to Charles and Barhua Ware; Joseph and Mary Jerger. Note: this census is difficult to read with several characters written over with a heavy lead pencil. It is believed that Ruhl's age is actually 3 and not 8 as the children are listed in descending order by age. Only 4 children were present during the census rather than the 5 listed as being born to this marriage.

  Notes	Proof has been found establishing the birth parents of Ralph as Ada and James Lee Blackwell (see marriage license of Ralph Lee Blackwell and Georgie Lee Stansberry). Apparently, Ada was pregnant at the time of her husband's death in Oct 1901 as Ralph was born in May of the following year. Ada remarried in Mar 1903. The census of 1910 incorrectly identifies Ralph as the child of Ada and her second marriage. Oliver (Ollie) Blackwell is accounted for in the 1910 and 1920 census as living with his maternal grandparents.
