Will of Leo Bitteker
In the name of God Amen. I, Leo Bitteker, being weak in body, but sound in mind, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
Frist, it is my wish that my store bills, doctor bills and funeral expenses be paid out of my life insurance or any other available assets that may come into the hands of my executor, herein after named.
Second, after the payment of the above debts, the rest and residue of my estate, be the the some real, personal or mixed, I give devise and bequeath the same to my wife Silva Bitteker and children, Leona Bitteker, Bertha Bitteker, and Mabel Bitteker, to hold, own and enjoy as tenants in common.
Third, I appoint my friend P.F. Felt the executor of this my last will and testament and hereby authorize him to make sale of any of my personal property at public or private sale as he may deem proper, and I also appoint my friend Henry C. Lomax the guardian and curator for any minor children. Witness my hand and seal this 24th day of April 1895.
